Cuttack floods. When the water rises and stays, families in low-lying areas are cut off, no dry food, no clean water, no way to leave.
The Foundation runs waterlogging relief in response, most recently at Pattapol. Relief means the immediate things: dry rations, drinking water, and getting to people who cannot get out.
This work is unplanned by definition. It happens when it is needed.
